Support Center initiative was completed in December 2009. Please click on the ASC case study for an overview of the project's
history, key findings and lessons learned. The foundations that led the Asset
Support Center will continue their collaborative work through a foundation
affinity group, the Bay Area Asset Funders Network. For more information on

available, below; but, please note that it was last updated in June 2009. For
more recent information, please contact organizations directly.
About ASC
The Bay Area Asset Support Center (ASC) was a two-year, regional initiative to expand asset-building opportunities for low-and moderate-income residents of San Francisco Bay Area communities. ASC is:- Providing pro bono technical assistance to advance local initiatives;
- Convening practitioners to share promising practices;
- Expanding the base of support for public policy reforms; and
- Creating an online database of strategies underway across the region.
